Spinworthy

Privacy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This page explains what we collect on spinworthy.app and why. Short version: your email, so we can tell you when the app launches. Ad cookies only if you say yes.

Who we are

Spinworthy is run by [OWNER LEGAL NAME], Serbia. Contact: hello@spinworthy.app.

Your email

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed up and which page or ad brought you here. We use it for one thing: to email you about the Spinworthy launch and early access. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for their own use.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in any email, and we'll delete your address.

Where it's stored

Signups are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA). We may later move the list to an email service to send the launch email. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and ads

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and/or Google Analytics. They help us see which ads bring people to the waitlist. If you decline, none of them load. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page.

We may also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How long we keep it

Until the app launches and up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Email hello@spinworthy.app. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
